Hourly Rate:

$50

$50 flat for one time 1 hour rental (includes 15 min prior for set up and break down. If more time is needed, please bring this to Owner’s attention and know an additional fee may be included)

Those who sign a contract to rent 2x month, $45 per hour.

Those who sign a contract to rent +3x month, $40 per hour.

For professionals located in the Pungo Building Collective with an active lease, the hourly rate will be honored at $40 per hour flat, for every event, no matter the frequency.

Two Hour Rate:

$95

$95 flat for one time 2-hour rental.

Those who sign a contract to rent 2x month, $90 for 2 hours.

Those who sign a contract to rent +3x month, $85 for 2 hours.

For professionals located in the Pungo Building Collective with an active lease, the 2-hour rate will be honored at $85 for 2 hours, for every event, no matter the frequency.

Three Hour Rate:

$140

$140 for one time 3-hour rental.

Those who sign a contract to rent 2x month, $135 for 3 hours.

Those who sign a contract to rent 3xmonth, $130 for 3 hours.

For professionals located in the Pungo Building Collective with an active lease, the 3-hour rate will be honored at $130 for 3 hours, for every event, no matter the frequency.

Half Day Rate: 4 hours

$185

$185 for one time 4-hour rental.

Those who sign a contract to rent 2x month, $175 for 4 hours.

Those who sign a contract to rent 3x month, $165 for 4 hours.

For professionals located in the Pungo Building Collective with an active lease, the 4-hour rate will be honored at $165 for 3 hours, for every event, no matter the frequency.

Full Day Rate: 8 Hours

Those who sign a contract to rent 2x month, $345 for 8 hours.

Those who sign a contract to rent 3xmonth, $330 for 8 hours.

Those who sign a contract to rent +3x month, $40 per hour.
